Sarah Goulbourne

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience of working within the legal sector. She began her career as a Corporate lawyer and then held various senior legal management positions within FTSE-250 leisure and media companies. Sarah has worked within Legal Professional Services in a variety of Senior and Board level roles, latterly as the CEO of a Professional Service business further developing her leadership capability.  Sarah's key skills include; Strategic Planning, Board Facilitation, Organizational Development, Business Improvement, Facilitation of groups and workshops and Executive Coaching & Mentoring. She is also an experienced Non-Executive Director in both the public and private sector.

John Stewart
 
John is an MBA Accountant with over 25 years’ experience at Board level in a diverse range of SME’s across the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. John specialises in control systems relating to business process and management information designed to deliver sustainable improvements in  efficiency  through transparency and continuous improvement. These techniques have been successfully applied to the claimant legal sector where, for the last 5 years, John has worked as Finance Director. Key skills include; Strategic Planning,  Organisational Design, Management Control Systems and the formulation of KPI’s. John is an effective Change Agent and proficient Project Manager.

  Ray Locke
 

Ray is an IT Consultant & developer with over 25 years experience covering a diverse range of businesses in the service, out-sourcing and legal sectors . Ray has been running his own freelance consultancy business for over 15 years. His specialist area is high-level information systems using Visual Basic, .Net, Access and SQL Server. He develops fully integrated client server applications and has a wide range of IT experience at all levels. Ray works to an equally high standard alone or in teams of any size. He delivers quality solutions and prides himself on being fully committed to the work in hand.
